Answer:

Step 1: Go to Settings >> Configuration

Step 2: Under Admin >> Click on Role

Step 3: Select the Role as per the User who is facing the issue.

Step 4: Select the Read & Update permission for Encounter Edit Role

Step 5: Click on Save.
