Question: How to upload/attach documents from the patient portal
Answer:
Step 1: Log in to the Patient Portal
Step 2: Select the Attachment
Step 3: Select the relevant category
Step 4: Type the Subject name
Step 5: Select the radio button to Attach
Step 6: Click on attach and browse and select the file
Note: If you don't see the attachment option -Go to settings-configuration-properties-under tag type 'pp.' select pp.tab and add the word Attachment:ATT and click on save
