How to resend the claims from the claims screen?

Question/Request: How to resend the claims from the claims screen?

Answer:

Step 1. Need to Go to the Billing side

Step 2. Go to Claims>>>Edit claims>>>

Step 3. Search claim & select the same>>>

Step 4. Click on resend button >>>  

Step 5. A new window will pop up >>>

Step 6. Choose the Primary/Secondary/Tertiary Professional CMS as ICD 10 option if the user wants to send the claim on paper for Primary/Secondary/Tertiary depending upon the requirements>>>

Step 7. Choose Primary/Secondary 837 Professional as ICD10 if the user wants to send a Primary/Secondary claim electronically>>>

Step 8. Click on the Ok button

Note: The claim should be in Billed status to resend the claims.
