Step 1: Go to the “Billing” side

Step 2: Under the “AR/follow-up” tab, click on the “Patient Account” option

Step 3: Click on the Patient Search Binocular icon to search and select the patient

Step 4: Click on the “Refund” hyperlink or “Advance” hyperlink to get the patient refund voucher details
