Question/Request: How to fix the validation of the ICD code that is inactive
Answer:
Step 1: Either side EMR or Billing
Step 2: Under the ''Settings'' tab >> Click on the ''Configuration'' option >> select ICD.

Step 3: Select any random code from the list.
Step 4: From the right side Active drop-down select ALL.

Step 5: Then search for the ICD code that you want to reactivate by clicking on the binocular on the left-hand side below the home icon, select the code.

Step 6: Then click on the Active box for that particular code which is at the end of the screen and Save the changes.
