How to enter Gender identity details of the patient in PrognoCIS?

Question: How to enter Gender identity details of the patient in PrognoCIS?

Answer:

Step 1: Go to Patient >> Register screen.

Step 2: Click on a button named as 'SO/GI' i.e. next to Sex details

Step 3: Here you can select the value by clicking on the drop-down of Gender Identity .

If you select Others, then you have another text box given 'If Other, please specify', you can enter the specification of Gender identity in that text box.

Step 4: Click on 'OK'.

Step 5: Click on 'Save' button on the register screen.
