How to delete Lab result from document list?

Question/Request: How to delete Lab results from the document list?

Answer:- 

Step 1. Go to Patient's encounter

Step 2. Under TOC >> Document list 

Step 3. Select Lab result >> Click on the magnifier icon 

Step 4. It will take you to the Result received screen >> Click on the Delete Button. 

Note: If the Lab Result is in complete and review status the Delete button will be greyed out.
