We can only delete the Lab order by reopening the encounter, or else it won't allow us to delete the Lab order from CPOE >> Lab >> Order 

To reopen the encounter, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Patient >> Encounter

Step 2: Encounter Close >> Reopen.
