Question: How to check QPP – MIPS – ACI Transition Report a provider/Clinic?

Answer:

Step 1: Go to Reports >> MU/QPP Reports.

Step 2: Under Classification select “QPP-MIPS-PI(Formerly ACI) Reports”

Step 3: Click on the search button and select “MIPS-PI-AL-2022 – QPP-PI For all locations(Formerly ACI)(2022)” report.

Step 4: Select the data range.

Step 5: Select the Provider.

Step 5: Hit on “GO”
