Step 1: Need to go to the Billing Sides >>
Step 2: Under the “Settings” tab >> Click on “Configuration” option >>
Step 3: Under “Admin” Column >> Click On “Properties” option >>
Step 4: Under Tag look for the property “billing.ptstatement.template” in the list >>.
Step 5: Select the property and click on binocular to change the default statement template.
This template will work for specific patient statement printing.
Step 6: Under the “Settings” tab >> Click on “Configuration” option >>
Step 7: Under “Admin” Column >> Click On “Properties” option >>
Step 8: Under Tag look for the property “billing.bulkstatement.template” in the list >>
Step 9: Select the property and click on binocular to change the default statement template.
This template will work for bulk patient statement printing.
For Bulk patient statement printing we can change the template from the schedule process section as well.
Step 1: Need to go to the Billing Sides >>
Step 2: Under the “Settings” tab >> Click on “Scheduled Process”.
Step 3: Select the “Patient Statement Schedule Process”.
Step 4: Click on the “Param” button.
Step 5: Click on Binocular for Template Name to change the default statement template.
Step 6: Click on Save.
Note – The patient Statement template selected under the schedule process will override the statement template selected under property – billing.bulkstatement.template.
