How to auto-populate Other Claim ID on I button on the claim for WorkComp, Auto Accident, or Other Accident claims?

Answer:

Step 1. Go to the Billing Sides>>

Step 2. Go to Settings>>>Configuration

Step 3. Go to Properties>>

Step 4. Search the Property"billing.accidentclaim.otherclaimid.from" under Tag & select the same.

 

Step 5. Select the Required Values (PTINSGRPNO / CASENO / SUBSID / WCABNO)

Step 6. Click on Save Note:

The property is used to auto-populate Other Claim ID on the I button on the claim for WorkComp, Auto Accident, or Other Accident claims. Values supported  PTINSGRPNO To populate the ID from Patient Insurance Group Number, CASENO  To populate the ID from Case# associated with the claim, SUBSID To populate ID from Subscriber ID field, WCABNO to Populate it from WCAB# Populated on Case management screen associated with the claim, BLANK is to populate word ''UNKNOWN'' to I button. The default value is BLANK. Single selection functionality of the drop-down menu is used.
