How to add a Custom Appointment status
Question/Issue: How to add a Custom Appointment status?
Answer:
Step 1: Go to Settings >> Configuration >> Codes/drugs >> Custom Appt Status.
Step 2: Click on Add New.
Step 3: Enter the name as you want it to show on the patient workflow window.
Step 4: Enter the Display status.
Step 5: Enter the system status i.e. under which parent category you want to show this particular custom appointment status.
Step 6: Click on the Save button.
